A separate path. Not part of the 5-step journey. The NDIA decides, not a website.

Could this home also work as NDIS housing?

Some families have a relative receiving NDIS support, and ask whether the back house could be that person's home. Answer a few questions below. None of them is scored. So the first conversation with a real person gets straight to the point.

A few questions before you meet a person

sample questions. The real set is being verified

No answer is scored or assessed. Nothing on this page ever turns green. Every path leads to the same place: a conversation with a real person, and the decision rests with the NDIA.

A check, never an approval. A website can't assess NDIS eligibility. Only the NDIA and its assessors do that. This page just helps you know which questions are worth asking, before you meet anyone.
What this page does not do

It does NOT promise eligibility. The NDIA decides each case.

It does NOT print funding or rent figures. Real numbers come from a real file, not a website.

It does NOT replace professional advice. A support coordinator and a registered provider are the right people to ask.

The four category names are official NDIS terms, kept in English until the NDIA's official translations are sourced. There are no prices or funding figures here, and there never will be.

Leave a phone number or email. When this page is finished with a registered partner, a person gets in touch, in Vietnamese or English. If you answered the questions, your answers travel with the note so the person can read them first.
